Conservas Vegetales de Extremadura was founded in 1976 with with its main function being processing tomatoes.
With an input capacity of 6,500 tons / day of fresh tomatoes, and a processing capacity of 340,000 tons per year, CONESA is the leader in its sector in Spain. This represents approximately 100,000 tons of tomato concentrate from 6 to 36 Brix, some 24,000 tons of diced tomatoes and some 7,000 tons of tomato powder.
In recent years, Conesa has developed a significant effort on R + D + i, which has led them to have a wider range of products such as cooking sauces, aseptic onion, derived from olives, as well as a new line of products designed for baking.
